Graeme Smith

Graeme Craig Smith is a cricketer who represents cricket team of South Africa. Smith (born 1st February, 1981 in Johannesburg, South Africa) is also the captain of the South African team for Test matches and a former captain for One Day Internationals. Smith is a left-handed batsman who made his Test debut in 2003. He along with his opening partner Herschelle Gibbs makes one of the best opening partnerships in the World. In 2010, he announced that he was to surrender captaincy from Twenty20 International however continuing as a player for ODIs and Test. Later on he also announced that he’ll give up his captaincy for ODIs after 2011 Cricket World Cup.
